Bayaud Enterprises, a Denver nonprofit focused on helping people with disabilities and other barriers find employment, honored Citywide Banks with its 2017 Community Partner of the Year award at its annual tribute luncheon. Citywide Banks helped Bayaud launch its Laundry Truck program for Denver's homeless, provided employee volunteers, and participated in other support campaigns throughout the year.
"Citywide Banks has been one of the best corporate partners that I have worked with in my 30 plus years in the sector," commented Laurie McCaw , Bayaud's Chief Development Officer.
"It has been an honor to partner with Bayaud's team," explained Linda Feighery , VP - CRA and Fair Lending Officer with Citywide Banks. "We are proud to provide support for an impactful and meaningful organization that serves 'the least of these.'"
Bayaud Enterprises initiates multiple social impact programs to aid individuals and families experiencing mental, emotional, physical, and economic barriers to employment. It plays a vital role in employment, disability services, homeless outreach, and dental awareness for children and basic human services. In April 2017, the organization launched an innovative laundry service for Denver's homeless community called The Laundry Truck.
