Using Golf to Change Young Lives
The Colorado Golf Foundation works with the Colorado Golf Association to fund programs that use golf to build important life skills and character, with an emphasis on instilling hard work and self-reliance in young people. The nonprofit also partners with groups such as Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Girl Scouts of Colorado, Goodwill, Boys Hope Girls Hope, Special Olympics, the First Tee, Challenge Foundation, and local schools around Denver. The Foundation also supports the Evans Caddie Scholarship , a Western Golf Association program which awards annual scholarships that cover full tuition and housing costs to the University of Colorado.
