WAYS TO HELP PREVENT CHECKING ACCOUNT OVERDRAFTS

NOTICE: Account Terms Change for Bounce Protection^SM

Effective July 1, 2011, NSF fees for overdrafts paid via Bounce Protection Overdraft Privilege are limited to three (3) per day and a maximum of $99 per day.

Citywide Banks provides our Bounce Protection^SM overdraft protection privilege as a convenience to cover inadvertent overdrafts for personal checking accounts. Use of this privilege is subject to our requirement that customers maintain their account in "good standing" by avoiding frequent or excessive overdrafts. Therefore, we are ready to assist customers in finding the tools to help manage their finances responsibly. We encourage all personal banking customers to utilize one or more of the following to help prevent overdrafts.

Regular Account Reconciliation (Free)
Use your monthly statement or OnlineOption^TM to calculate available account balance by analyzing past transactions and pending transactions.

Direct Deposit for Paychecks & Benefit Payments (Free)
Ask your employer or benefit payment originator about electronically depositing your paychecks automatically into your Citywide Banks account.

OnlineOption Online Banking & Mobile Banking (Free)
Setup automatic email notifications when your checking account balance hits a minimum balance level, view transaction history, and transfer funds between Citywide accounts. Learn more

Opt-Out of Citywide Banks Bounce Protection
By choosing to discontinue this privilege, Citywide Banks will return and not pay overdraft transactions if your account does not have sufficient funds.
