conventional, Jumbo and portfolio loans. Dan has been employed as a loan officer with Citywide Banks for the past two years. Prior
to that he had ownership interest in several mortgage companies. With his past experience he understands the self-employed borrower,
the first time home buyer as well as the importance of customer service. Dan has lived in Colorado for over 25 years and has served
clients in the Denver metro area as well as other parts of Colorado. Dan presently resides in Alamosa with his wife Rebecca. They
enjoy golf, fishing and the Broncos! Dan is registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS),
