RICK PEDERSON, Ross Consulting Group
Mr. Pederson is Chair of Ross Consulting Group which has been providing real estate related advice to corporations and institutional real estate investors since 1982.

Mr. Pederson is also a principal with Denver-based Western Capital Partners, a company that has provided more than $100 million in bridge and mezzanine loans to real estate projects nationwide since 2000. He is also an associate of The Pauls Corporation, a Denver-based real estate development company and investment manager with over $2 billion in property investments throughout the US and Canada. Pauls will launch an opportunistic investment fund in the Spring.

Mr. Pederson holds a Masters degree and law degree from the University of Denver. He is a board member of the public real estate investment trust, and several private companies, not-fo-profit organizations and government entities.

DAVID M. JONES, DMJ Advisors, LLC
Dr. David M. Jones is President and CEO of DMJ Advisers, a Denver-based consulting firm. In addition, he is an Executive Professor of Economics at the Lutgert College of Business in Fort Myers, Florida. He is also a consultant for Mizuho Securities Company, Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan.

Previously, Dr. Jones served as Chief Economist and Vice Chairman of the Board of Aubrey G. Lanston Co. Inc. He bagan his career as an Economist with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and received his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.

He is a frequently quoted FED commentator who has authored several books on Federal Reserve policy and process and the affects of monetary policy on wealth-creation.

A highly regarded economist, educator, and expert on U.S. financial markets, Dr. Jones has been at many seminars, conferences and banking schools. In additon, Dr. Jones has been a regular commentator on national news programs including CNBC, CNN, and NIGHTLY BUSINESS REPORT on PBS.

SCOTT MIDDLETON, CFA, CIMA, Innovest Portfolio Solutions, LLC
Mr. Middleton is a principal, senior consultant and Director of Innovest's Investment Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Capital Markets Group which is responsible for asset allocation studies and client portfolio construction. He has over 20 years of investment management experience, focused on customized portfolios and consulting for families with complex estate plans and institutional clients. br>
Prior to joining Innovest, he was Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Northern Trust, an investment management and trust company.

Mr. Middleton holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and CIMA*(Certified Investment Management Analyst) designations from the CFA Institute and the Investment Management Consultants Association, respectively. He is a graduate of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a major in history. He is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association, the CFA Institute, and the CFA Society of Colorado.
