Preparing for Your Annual
Credit Line Review
When you are preparing to meet with your banker for an annual review or renewal of your credit line, here are a few tips that will help make the review go more smoothly and efficiently.
1. Gather the most current financial reports on your company, including:
- Most recent year end financial statement
- Most recent tax returns
- Current interim financial statements
- Recent accounts receivable and accounts payable agings
- Projections for the upcoming fiscal year
2. Prepare an updated personal financial statement.

3. Gather your most recent personal tax returns, including any Schedule K-1 forms.
4. Review your personal credit report for any possible issues.
