Citywide Banks Online Banking

Citywide Banks has added a new OnlineOptionTM feature that enables you to re-set your online banking PIN yourself. Since there is no need to speak to a customer service representative, you can now change your PIN anytime, even outside of regular banking hours.

This new self-serve feature is available at no extra cost, but must be activated prior to use. Simply follow the steps below to activate your Self-Serve PIN Re-Set:

  1. Log into your online banking account
  2. Click on the "Options" menu
  3. Create a Password Re-Set Question and Answer
[Note: This same screen also offers the option to change your account email address and ID. Neither change is required to activate Self-Serve PIN Re-Set]

Once you activate the Self-Serve PIN Re-Set option you can click on 'PIN Re-Set' on the log-in screen to change your password or request a re-set any time.
