Citywide is finalizing plans to move its Downtown Branch into the city's first Platinum LEED-certified office building at 18th & Larimer. The stylish, 22-story tower, scheduled to be completed in 2010, will also be the first skyscraper added to the downtown skyline in more than two decades.

The LEED design standards aim to increase energy savings, water efficiency, & indoor environmental quality, while simultaneously reducing CO2 emissions. 1800 Larimer will feature high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and other state-of-the-art design elements. Stay tuned for more updates about this exciting project.
